Body casting is a very clever way of dispensing with body image myths. You think you're huge. Your cast proves otherwise.
At an earlier point in my life, I had a wee body casting business that specifically catered to pregnant women. The cast, stretching from neck to pelvis offered a permanent keepsake of a moment in time that many women recall fondly.
The Beautiful Woman Project is a variation of the same theme, designed to show the diversity of body shapes and sizes out there.
Not everyone is sized 6.
